[Webdev] Which log analyzer do you use?

[Webdev] Which log analyzer do you use?

Been looking at installing a new/better log analyzer for a while. I have
Webalizer on one machine but my clients aren't mad about it, and it's pretty
much dead as a project anyway, it hasn't been updated since 2000. Analog is
ugly, I don't like it at all. Wusage is pretty but it's proprietry and it
hasn't been updated in a while either.

So I'm looking for something:

pretty (or at least reasonably good-looking);
intuitive (easy to understand, even to the dumbest clients);
easy to install (it doesn't have to be RPM, but it'd be nice);
open source (for preferance); and
free (or affordable anyway).

Failing all of that, what do you recommend?
