Are you archiving your logs. Analog will ungzip on the fly and you can supply it with a list of wildcarded log locations so that you can include the archived versions in reports.

I think the warning you are getting may be a general warning about using the Analolg Cache facility on daily reports. Are you combining caches? for monthly/ weekly reports?
