[Webdev] Netscape 4.7 not reacting well to security.

Hi there,
	I am currently working on a site which uses correct security and a
correct cert.
Our security changes
	http://
	to
	https://

This security is working fine on IE, but netscape 4.7 says it is unable to
locate the server.
I have tried www.24hour-onine.ie and when the security page is clicked it
again has a problem
finding the server.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated,
