[Webdev] Netscape 4.7 not reacting well to security.

The security is provided as follows:
- An xsql file has a security tag which prompts a server-side redirect on 
Apache.
- The security tag calls a Java class file which connects to an oracle 
database to get info on the user.


If you go straight to the link (with no 's'), it hangs.
