to add to the insult, I'd recommend suggesting that the site owners 
commission you to work on the semantics of the site. most of the content of 
the pages you mentioned (and others I looked at) are contained in <h1> tags 
 - they can't /all/ be primary headers, now, can they?? 

I'd like to say that doing this will help in search results, but frankly, I 
don't know - I just get irked by judicious use of <h1>.
