[ILUG-Webdev] apache problems

I've installed apache, php + unixodbc onto a RedHat 7.3 box and am
getting a "The requested method POST is not allowed" message
when trying to use a form whose action is a php file - I've checked that
mime types are correct and they certainly appear to be.

any ideas why this is happening?
I need to fix this urgently.
