Hi,
There is a JavaScript colour schemer I have used at http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html that, given a colour, will spit out the 12 colours related to it according to the colour wheel. You can also buy the Windows App.
I think you can alter the saturation or lightness (not the hue) of any of these and they will still match.
