I was thinking today, there are pretty good python/php/perl/tcl
cookbook sites out there, which just contain little
scripts to do tasks, I haven't seen one for shell scripting yet.
Shell scripting to do $x specific task seems to be asked quite
often on ILUG and other lists, so it would be an idea (I think)
if linux.ie started the shell scripting cookbook.
I'm writing this to see what linux.ie actually supports, if
there is interest for it. Would linux.ie prefer cgi to create
static pages, cgi to mysql, php, mod_perl, mod_python or $whatever.
Probably better to ask before I start any work or look at existing
solutions rather reinvent the wheel.
