[ILUG-Webdev] CGI script not executing

 Hi all,

 I'm running Red Hat 9. 
I 've set up the userdir facility in the Apache
configuration file... so users have a homepage in
public_html directory .
 I put cgi-bin folder in the public_html folder but it
only reads/displays the script instead of executing it
????? the file permissions are 755 and thenlocation of
perl is correct ... Need help
