It's a nice idea but I'm going to be devil's advocate here.
There are loads of sites already dedicated to this topic. What advantage
does targetting the small Irish population of LAMP developers when we're
English speaking, and have resources like webmasterworld et al at our
disposal?
Sorry for putting a downer on the idea, I just don't see the "why" of it.
