IrelandOffline has announced their first public meeting since they formed in May 2001. Representing hundreds of Internet users from around Ireland, the group's executive committee has set the meeting for Thursday July 19, 2001, from 7:30p to 9:30p in the Green Room at the Mercer Hotel in Dublin.
Opposing Spam

Our Public Relations Officer will be speaking with Ireland's EU Commissioner later on today to inform him that the ILUG opposes spam in all its forms, in relation to an EU committee blocking plans to outlaw spam.
Please take the time to participate in this poll to help give a clearer picture on how many of us oppose spam.
