ILUG Tech Talks Posted By Gareth Eason - 13:27, 12 April 2011 The Irish Linux User Group is presenting a number of 'Tech Talks' in the coming months. Entry is free and gratis and after the formal talks the technical discussion generally continues informally. The next ILUG Tech Talks are Thursday 14th April, starting at 6:00pm (first talk at 6:15pm!) There's plenty of space if you want to come along and entry is free and gratis - though you should bring your own 9V battery.

ILUG will be demonstrating the capabilities of Linux as a Free and Open Source operating system. OpenStreetMap will be running a mapping party, so come and help put another part of Dublin on the open source world map. With demonstrations, presentations, stands, workshops and tours of the CAMARA workshop there's sure to be something of interest for all ages. Doors open from 11:00am until 5:00pm.
