Given the crazy world we live in this is just about plausible. Well two things, one there will be no Internet worth talking about in France. The second and more interesting if my memory is correct the French Air force will loose its main operating system. I would not like to be on the wrong end of an argument with those guys.
Or that is what you might think from reading this.
