That is a REALLY old C library. These days people are moving from libc5
(RedHat 4) to libc6 (RedHat 5) and beyond (RedHat 5.9). libc4 is what
came before and it's known as 'a.out'. Install the aout-libs RPM package
from your RedHat CD.
