   netscape on my aix 4.1.4 boxes always hang with netscape mail, cause its
trying
   to do a sync on the nfs server (a linux box). The nfs server doesn't have a
syncd
   (linux 2.0.36), so I have to restart the syncd on the aix box to get things
going again.

   why its doing a sync I dunno.
