http://support.neccsdeast.com/products/versa/6000/docs/sec1.htm
specifically the 6030x model.
the graphics card (not that i plan to run x much) is described like so:
>The LCD operates with the Chips & Technologies 65550 VGA controller. The
>controller supports Super VGA, uses a 64 bit accelerator and a PCI
>interface. The LCD also supports VESA timing.
xfree86 supports the chip (no mention of laptops like some of the other
chips though).
what's the deal with pcmcia, external cdroms, and ir ports? anyone
got some good laptop links? issues to look for, etc.
