Pair (www.pair.net) are the company I use. They are cheap, efficient

I don't buy this for a second. No-one will give you this. It's an offer
that a lot of service providers make because they know people will be
impressed by it, but very few of their customers will actually use it.
If you have that high a bandwidth requirement they will probably try to
charge you extra, or claim that they can't support your needs. Either
that or you'll get _dog slow_ service.
