I thought that something with the `Open Source' (TM ;-) brand couldn't
have restrictions placed upon its use or distribution, except for
things like encryption export laws. Eugh. In particular, something
that said `not for use in nuclear weapons' or `for non-commercial
use only' wouldn't be blessed by the Open Source people.

I'm probably be getting confused with the Debian guidelines or some
such, so somebody correct me...
