I don't recall seeing anything about that (But I could be wrong!),
Steve will not allow anyone to mess with the UI for OS-X ,so as you can
imagine he wont make it easy for people to work around it. We should have a
clear view of what can and cannot be done with OS-X around the 30th of April
(It's being rolled out to at the Apple Developers conference).

I thought they'd produced an X system for it, alongside the
native windowing framework?
