Use a well known intermediate format,
or more specifically one that MS exports
and NS imports. CSV is the obvious one
that comes to mind (I'm not sure if MS
can export its address book in CVS).
If you can get a text version of the MS
address book, then it should be quite
easy to make a correct CVS file from it.
