At which - the use of tcl/Apache or the fact that ntpd/ntpdate is
optional and rdate is not on the Slackware distro? :-) The really nifty
thing about that fragment is that it can be adjusted to lift a webpage
just as easily. Of course there is the Http package but direct access to
ports/sockets is scarily easy in tcl.
