The bzImage idea does work because it's what I resorted to last night in a
fit of temper but that doesn't correct the origonal problem. 2.2.6 zImage
worked fine before redhat "upgraded" me to kernel 2.2.5-15 (wtf is the 15
part?). When I tried to reinstall the new kernel, LILO wouldn't let me.
Making some of the drivers modules or removing them altogether didn't work
either. bzImage was all it would accept.
