They've admitted that 28,000 of them are actual bugs rather than wouldn't
it be nices. With many open source projects (mozilla, debian, anything on
sourceforge, not sure about kde or gnome), you can pop along to the website
and find out from their bug tracking system exactly what's broken and if it
effects you. You don't have to pay a per incident support charge to report
bugs!
