Hi,
According to http://www.dlink.ca/linux.html the D-220P is using the ne2000
module.
As far as I remember this module requires 'io' option supplied. First you
should try irq 3 (it seems to be empty on your system).
If it is not there the easiest way would be to boot DOS from floppy disk (or
dual-boot if you have) and run the diag. programme from the D-Link setup
disk.
I don't remember the exact name of the directory but it something like
/setup. If the diag prog. is not there and you booting dos from floppy then
you'll have to load lsl.com first and the card driver after that. The driver
output would show irq and port of the card.
If you computer BIOS is set to Non-PNP OS you should not have problem with
using these values for the ne2000 module.
