Well, I admit that qmail's documentation leaves a lot to desire - we
actually wrote some for our own use... It can also be a major PITA to
a*se around in a zillion config files.

I like the fact that you have to _make_ it relay, if you want that.
Also, said big ass mail servers run without hardly ever any human
intervention :)
