I'm trying to get connected to my tinet account at the moment without much
success. I tried the tinet script available ont he web page but this isn't
working. I tried netcfg and set up my connection and put my username and
password into chap-secrets and still am getting nowhere. Whats happening is
that I'm getting to dial in but then I'm getting a message saying there was a
script error and I'm being kicked out. In my chap-secrets file my password is
in plaintext. Is that ocrrect. My chap-secrets file looks like this;
noelmc * <plaintext_password>
The spaces between the three fields are tabs. Next I'm going to try ezppp but
will this od any good?
I tried to use netcfg to generate a pap entry that I could copy to my
chap-secrets file but entering my username inthe 'send username' box and hitting
'insert' does nothing. Has anyone got ideas about what I'm doing wrong,
especially fellow tinet account holders?
