Well, I haven't tried it with Pine, which may override the default,
but in general any process backgrounded with ctrl-z can be restored
to the console with 'fg'.
If other jobs have been backgrounded in the meantime, you need to do
'job n' or 'fg n' (can't remember the syntax offhand)
