From what I can gather in most areas of Dublin there is no point in going
over 33,600 cos of the line quality. Interestingly (or not) I was at
Connect Ireland the other day and they are totally switching over to ISDN
modems which can emulate ISDN. Not sure if this will help bandwidth but it
sounds promising.
