Lucky me has decided to write my FYP on linux probably in C/C++. For this,
I'll need to learn a fair amount of programming under X. For people who
would have learned X programming before, whats the best (in terms of
difficulty and then final look) toolkit to learn first or would I need to
learn "pure" X programming first and foremost before I can do anything
else? I'll probably pick up Tcl/Tk somewhere along the line as well but
seeing as I will be trying to draw images as well, Tcl/Tk won't get me all
the way. Suggestions?
Mel
