Apparently the European Parliament has voted [on 06-05-1999] 266 to 137
to legalise spam in the EU. The scumbags who voted for this legislation
apparently believe that spammers will respect their plans for national
opt-out lists. In order not to receive spam, a user will have to add
their e-mail address to a national opt out list. I'll post a full update
on the URL in the sig at 1100 Hrs.
