Hea all,
I have a little question..

I have been looking at using AWK to tell me about logons to particular nets. I
saw the AWK article in LJ regarding it. It says you can call them when you log
in, and it returns the information when the network connection(whatever
finger, etc) closes.
My question was could you put them in the .login file(or whatever), so
they are executed at start up and then mail the results to you..
The scripts were basically to see who is logged onto a particular
system, and such..

ok I'm out..

rgrds,
...bernard..
