It strikes me that cracking RC5 is a waste of time - I mean, the most
interesting thing that can happen is that we find out "yes, it's
crackable", which is basically known already.
SETI at domain home (http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/) looks like a *far* more
worthwhile way to spend spare cycles. Looking for extraterrestrial
intelligence strikes me as considerably more useful than breaking a code
*which is already known to be breakable* just to prove a point.
