don't think so, as ATX motherboards need a pulse from the power supply to
actually _turn_on_ the MoBo. The ATX boards are controlled by a software
switch that "saves" you having to actually switch off the power switch, i
think its called soummit like power saving(don't know the reason).
I tthink (fro looking at the pulse) it has to be approx 5mS pulse (the one
i looked at did).

Good ole' AT boards, once you flick to power switch the MoBobe comes live
and all the nice likkle electrons start running around it.

sorry don't know.

You could of course, build a small 555Timer OneShot circuit, that would
generate the necessary pulse, but that would be abit OTT, or would it?
