Ok, I have a couple of questions. I'm not being smart, or bitchy, or taking
the piss, I'm just curious...
First of all, what was the lead time when you signed up? Was it three or
four months, or do they keep putting you off? Either way:
Why? Why would any of ye sign up to a service you have to wait that long
for? With a company that are *renowned* for atrocious service standards and
incompetent and lackadaisical support? Is it really worth the wait? If it's
worth waiting that long, wouldn't it be worth waiting a bit longer for DSL
or a cable modem?
Sorry, it just befuddles me. Sooner I get that eircom line out of the house,
the better.
