Oops. Stupid me... It does work actually. But it only covers the
case where the connection is lost after it's been fully setup.
It still retries continuously when you do "ifup ppp0".

Any idea if it's possible to make wvdial or ppp-watch stop retrying
for NO DIALTONE, but keep trying for, say, BUSY?

Or am I looking at hacking wvdial?
