[ILUG] Perl Getopt and unstable Debian.

Here's a very weird one. Below is an email from someone who couldn't get
my install-sendmail script working.
I don't have an installation of Debian handy so could anyone verify that
Getopt is still a standard package supplied with Perl on the unstable
Debian?
