I have to agree fully with what Brian said. I too am a SuSE user and I have
no objections to paying for the whole box set. I have used their support
once and was very pleased with the level of support I received.

It's fine if you have access to company net access speeds, where you can
dowload the guts of a distribution, but remember, not everybody does!
Personally, I prefer to have the 6 CD's handy. Not everybody has access to a
CD burner. Plus, there's the obvious benefit of all the extra software that
SuSE supplies. Plus, there's also the manual, which, as a fairly experienced
but non-expert user of Linux, I refer to every now and again. It's nice to
have it handy rather than wading through loads of MAN pages!

And as Brian says, SuSE are big supporters of the Linux movement, and
personally, I have no problems buying their software - or anybody elses for
that matter.
