You mean ICANN has actually made a decision and more importantly is
actually going to implement it, I'm amazed, as I happened to go to a couple
of ICANN meetings (They were in the same venues as other conferences like
APRICOT) so I went out of curiosity and the amount of "nothing" that
happens is staggering
