Cool. That applies to governments but (I assume!) not
to ILUG. But does it apply to companies too? Maybe
companies over a certain size.
eg. If a german company opens a shop here and I am
trying to get a refund can they insist on me using
German in my correspondence. Could I insist they
use French!?
