There's a few inaccuracies, but I think that may just be minor

In summary: it claims that ILETS, the International Law Enforcement
Telecommunications Seminar, which met in Dublin Castle a few years ago, is
a part or aspect of Echelon.
The basic info for the article, AFAICS, was drawn from the EC STOA report
(Scientific and Technical Options Assessment), vol 2/5. Is this the same
one that was discussed last year, or is it a new section?
