Edit c:\msdos.sys and change the winbootdir line to E:\windows and anyother
instance of C: to E:
Then you'll have to fiddle with the registry and any *.ini, Autoexec.bat,
config.sys files to change any C: reference to E: (in fact there's a nice
little proggie out there that will do just that for you. It's called Change
of Address and the installer is called something like coa?????.exe if you
want to do a ftp search for it)

After that, just change the drive to E: and include it in LILO.
