sorry for another q, but does that mean if I buy a 128k line I am
sharing my 128k (which is out of a total of 2Mb or whatever) with
others, or I am sharing the whole 2Mb with others. I thought in my
naivity that if I buy 12k I get 128k to myself????
if the contention ratio is 3:1, does that mean that if I have a 128
pipe, 2 others are using the same 128?
hows does this all work exactly? I'm new to this and confused...:-(
