maybe my eyesight is dire but I can't easily make out the
".IE" portion nor the last few words of the byline ("Home of the...")
Is it just me that thinks the highlighting of the letters should
be consistent?
I think I know what Hew is trying to do, of making the letters
look as if they are illuminated by the glowing penguin (sellafield,
anyone?),
but how about some readability?
