It's not just price - read about the lead times some of the people on this list
got. I *really* can't understand that. I can't understand why eircom take three
months to install an ISDN line, and why, why, WHY anyone in their right mind
would wait three or four months for it? To be ROBBED!? It's, it's like going
into MacDonalds and being told to come back and collect your food tomorrow, and
that'll be a hundred quid please. These people should be wearing friggin' masks.

There's also Irish Multichannel to think of. They *do* have "a large base of
customers who have been callously exploited from day one", and from reading
their bumph on the matter, it looks like that's the way they're set to continue.
If you want cable Internet access, you gotta use them for voice too. This from
people who haven't been able to maintain their cable TV network since *day one*,
never mind jump into voice and data.
ACK!
(Sorry, it just REALLY bugs me! :)
