What I find fascinating about the whole thing is the amount of pushing
Eircom are doing on ISDN at the moment, including the radio advert. which
claims that it is 4 times as fast as a modem - hmm, 128 / 44 = 4 - I wonder
will they let me pay my bill using that kind of mathematics ? If I wasn't
such a lazy bastard, I'd complain to the advertising standards authority
My pet conspiracy theory is that they won't roll out DSL until they've sold
enough people ISDN to use all the equipment they belatedly bought.
