Just to bring it back to Linux a bit :-)
Luke Leighton of Samba has written an rpcclient (it in the 2.1-alpha CVS
tree), and the latest version I think lets you remote reboot NT boxes ..
so Linux can do it :-).. with the admin password of course ..
