MX records may be irrelevant here - we don't use them for the final part of
an SMTP feed and if I recall the conversation I had with an Indigo tech
last night, neither do they.

The question really remains is what is the IP address of the box that's
supposed to be handling the email? If its a private IP address on a
dynamic IP dialup, then its almost certainly an issue of configuring NAT on
the router properly. If it's a public address assigned by Indigo, it
could be a routing problem - the best solution is to try and run a remote
traceroute to the server.
