Hmmm... maybe not... I've lost the earlier email... assuming that its being
properly recognised by the kernel, if you don't have a program to play a file
i.e. sox, then you have to send exactly what the device is receiving or you
will get noise... I think be default it requires .au files recorded at 8Khz..
Otherwise plug in a mike and try catting from the device to a file and then
playing that back to see what you get...
Course I could just be spouting crap.
