I was going to ignore this, because that's really all it deserved, but as

People who have jobs beyond a very basic level have English (in an English
speaking area) literacy as a pre-requisite, before computer literacy.

Presuming that prog means program, I'd point out that one doesn't program
HTML - one doesn't even program in HTML. One writes HTML. And as for

word process and do alot of techie stuff . . . . . .

Punctuation and spelling are cheap. But AFAIK they wouldn't be much needed
in MacDonalds, and they always seem to be looking for people, and I'm sure
they would have some jobs in town.

I hope this didn't come across as too cynical, but you can't expect to be
taken even slightly seriously if you write as you did.
