cat /etc/lilo.conf

This file should have at least two boot sections : one for Linux and one
for
Windows. The first one in the list will be the default one.

However, you can override this by typing (as root) :

        lilo -D <label>

where label is what you've got configured for the Windows partition in
your
lilo config file. After this, until you run lilo again, the Windows
partition will be the default boot.
